We also have rehousing for people/families who may have water damage, moisture damage or fires, and therefore need to be rehousing. Contact here often takes place via the insurance company, through which we continue communication.
Dolus primarily finds the homes themselves, and preferably private landlords who want their home rented out for a specific period that we agree on in advance. We most often search online and privately so that we can be responsible for the service and maintenance of the rental properties ourselves, which we experience gives the most satisfied tenants of our homes.
